GoBD-compliant outsourcing of data from relevant systems
Via the software solution Data ReBase, all requirements of GoBD-compliant outsourcing of data from relevant systems can be met. The software solution, which is usually adapted to the needs of the company and the relevant systems via a consulting project, requires knowledge on the part of users and administrators. You may want to implement new reports yourself after completion of a project. The individual in-house training on Data ReBase imparts all necessary knowledge for the operation and administration of the solution and, if required, for the creation of new reports.

- Introduction to the system architecture and the Data ReBase modules
- Basic use of Data ReBase
- Working with reports
- Execution of ad-hoc analyses of existing data
- Creating data carrier cessions
- Assigning authorizations to users/user groups
Topics for the administrator training
- Introduction to the system architecture and the Data ReBase modules
- Introduction to the components of a Data Mart
- Introduction to the authorization structure of Data ReBase
- Creating, deleting and backing up Data Marts
- Creating folder structures, assignment of properties
- Introduction to the advanced default data structure
- Importing and validating data
- Working with automation in Data ReBase (process automation)
Issues concerning the creation of reports:
- Data preparation based on integration services
- Creating new reports with reporting services
Facts at a glance:
- Training location: Inhouse training at the client’s premises
- Duration: Usually 3 to 5 days, depending on the training content and the specific needs of the target group
- Costs: EUR 1,800 plus VAT per training day (incl. 6 participants; every additional participant costs EUR 250 extra plus VAT). If there are 13 or more participants, it costs additional EUR 1,300 plus VAT for each training day for an additional trainer.
